Honey Soy Pork Kebabs

Serve over stir fried vegetables or noodles drizzled with honey!

  • ingredients:
  • 500g KR Castlemaine Bred Free Range Pork Steak (Rump or Porterhouse), cubed
  • 1 red capsicum, diced
  • 2 sml zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 ml honey & soy marinade
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 12 thick bamboo skewers, soaked in water
  • Note: Do not marinade the kebabs prior to cooking as the honey in the sauce will burn if cooked for too long.
  • method:
  • 1. Thread the pork onto the soaked skewers with capsicum & zucchini.

    2. Lightly brush skewers with oil.

    3. Heat griddle pan or BBQ. Cook pork skewers for 3-4 mins, turning frequently.

    4. Brush with honey & soy marinade and continue to cook for a further 3-4 mins, turning and basting frequently.

    5. Serve over stir fried vegetables of noodles, drizzled with honey.
