Once I have opened a KR Castlemaine shaved or sliced product how long can it be stored in the refrigerator?

Consume product within 5 days of opening. Ensure the product is resealed using the specially designed packaging, or store the product in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

What's the best way to store a carving ham?

Store carving ham in a refrigerator between 0ºC and 4ºC at all times. Only open the protective vacuum bag when the ham is to be eaten – this will keep your ham fresh. Once opened, discard the bag. Consume within 5 days of opening. Wrap any unused portion of ham in a clean linen cloth or tea towel and store in the refrigerator. You can freeze your ham as long as the original sealed vacuum bag is still intact. The ham can be stored frozen for up to 3 months. Once thawed do not re-freeze.
